I know I have complained a lot about all of the disappointing book releases I have read this year, but I think it would be nice to point out the bright shining reads as well ❤

Roar (Stormheart, #1) by Cora Carmack

I just finished this book just over a week ago and I loved it SO so much! I still feel like I’m living in this world! My review is basically me fangirling for 15 minutes. Read the review here. 5/5 stars.

The Savage Song (Monsters of Verity #2) by Victoria Schwab

I know I have already mentioned it a few times this week, but my second read of this book was amazing! I didn’t love this one the first time I read it, but this time something just clicked … well, I love it now!

The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern

This book has to be one of the most beautiful books I have ever read! Different for sure, but absolutely gorgeous. I loved everything about this book.

Starflight (Starflight #1) by Melissa Landers

This one was probably one of the biggest surprises for me, only because I had no idea how awesome and fun-tastic this book was going to be when I picked it up! SO GOOD! This book also saved me from a week long slump once upon a time so I owe it my life. I have not yet picked up the second book in this series, and I hear mixed reviews on it, but this one was just wonderful!

Crown of Midnight (Throne of Glass #2) by Sarah J. Maas

I went into this book thinking that it would be mediocre at best … and LOVE IT SO MUCH! The emotions and the building tension in this book is everything that I love!
